Data Engineer (Remote)
At Unifi, we’re building the systems that make care simpler, kinder, and more connected. As a Data Engineer, you’ll help create the foundation that ties together our growing healthcare network — from home health and respiratory therapy to benefits management and DME.

What You’ll Do
- Design, build, and maintain data pipelines and integrations across multiple systems.
- Model and transform data for real-time analytics, reporting, and automation.
- Work with Azure Data Factory, Azure Functions, Azure Storage, Python, and SQL.
- Collaborate with engineering, analytics, and operational teams to unify data across Unifi’s subsidiaries.
- Support our goal of giving every caregiver a clear, connected view of the patients we serve.
What You Bring
- Strong background in Python, SQL, and cloud data engineering (Azure preferred).
- Experience with ETL/ELT pipelines, APIs, and data warehousing.
- A mindset for clean, maintainable data and scalable systems.

IT Systems Administrator (Remote)

Details
As an IT Systems Administrator, you’ll help unify infrastructure across subsidiaries, keeping systems secure, compliant, and seamless so care teams can focus on people, not problems.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and improve our core IT environment, including Microsoft Entra ID (Active Directory), Intune, and identity-access management systems.
- Deploy SSO, RBAC, SCIM, and other modern authentication tools to keep users connected and data protected.
- Support and scale cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP) for performance and security.
- Lead infrastructure projects and partner with operations to design IT solutions that align with Unifi’s mission and HIPAA requirements.
- Troubleshoot issues quickly and collaborate across departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
What You Bring
- 2–5 years of IT systems or infrastructure experience.
- Strong grasp of IAM, PAM, OAuth/SAML/OpenID, and endpoint management.
- A service mindset—you value reliability, clarity, and purpose in your work.
